2. Submit the child care licensing application, documents and fees. 
3. Schedule initial onsite licensing inspections, complete all follow up actions and schedule a validation visit. 
4. The deadline for completing the subsidy online orientation. 
5. Submit the subsidy application, supporting documents and complete all follow up actions.

• Licensing Orientation/Training
  • Attend the mandatory online OSSE Licensing Orientation and complete orientation quiz.
  • Date: Submit the application with the required documents and fees by May 1.
• Subsidy Orientation/Training
  • Attend the mandatory online Subsidy Orientation and complete orientation quiz.
  • By Aug. 1: Submit the application and support documents.
