Each site must take a point-of-service meal count every day. This form may be used for the daily meal count.

Must be completed at least once during the first four weeks of FSMP operations and must include the observation of a meal service. Sponsor must complete review even if the FSMP will operate for less than four weeks.

What’s it like for an unaccompanied, undocumented child to be apprehended at the border? During this session, you will learn what happens when an immigrant child is taken into custody, and the services available upon his or her release.
