The District of Columbia Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) has partnered with the Office of Tax and Revenue (OTR) to assist with verifying residency as part of the annual enrollment process for District of Columbia public and public charter schools.

The purpose of this document is to set forth efficient procedures and guidance to ensure that all invoices submitted by providers of services are reviewed, processed and paid in a timely manner to ensure that services provided to the children of the District of Columbia are not interrupted.
