In partnership with the DC Department of Human Resources, OSSE is excited to have an in-person Hiring Fair on Thursday, Feb. 16 and Friday, Feb. 17 at Old Council Chambers, 441 4th St. NW.
This hiring fair is intended to provide great candidates like yourself a chance to learn more about OSSE and our work, as well as provide an opportunity for you to chat with several recruiters and hiring managers within our Division of Student Transportation (OSSE DOT).
The mission of OSSE DOT is to provide safe, reliable and efficient transportation services that positively support learning opportunities for eligible students from the District. OSSE DOT is hiring for 200 positions at the Hiring Fair (see the open positions section below).
Registration is Now Closed.
- Day 1: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Thursday, Feb. 16
- Day 2: 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. on Friday, Feb 17
- Location: Marion S. Barry, Jr. Building - 441 4th St NW, Washington, DC 20001.
- All applicants must bring two forms of identification (click here to view list of acceptable documents) and the required credentials (see Open Positions section below) to the hiring fair.
- Background checks and drug and alcohol testing will be conducted on-site for selected candidates.

- Register for the Fair, via the link above, and select the position that you are interested in. Please ensure that you meet the qualifications for the positions before making a selection.
- If you are interested in applying for a job that requires specific credentials (license, certifications, etc.), you must upload all required credentials listed for that position. Your registration cannot be completed without uploading the credentials.
- Once our team has reviewed your credentials, our team will reach out to schedule you for a specific time to interview at the fair.
- You must also bring all required credentials with you to the fair for onsite verification.

- Commercial Driver’s License (with both Passenger “P” & School Bus “S” Endorsements)
