Data Update [Sept. 27, 2017]: OSSE has updated its PARCC results to reflect a school based coding inaccuracy in the economically disadvantaged category. As a result of the update, the percent of students proficient in the economically disadvantage category has changed per the following:
DC City-wide to 19% (from 20.7%) in Math and 21.4% (from 23.5%) in ELA
DCPS sector to 16.7% (from 19.9%) in Math and 19.8% (from 23.7%) in ELA
Deal Middle School to 20.3% (from 55.1%) in Math and 33.5% (from 68.1%) in ELA
The school level impact of this update is contained to Deal Middle School only. Those numbers do not change overall results for that school, but rather reattributes the results to the correct domains within the school. This update has been verified and does not impact other schools' results.
