OSSE collects discipline data from LEAs each year for the annual Discipline Report. LEAs submit their data by completing the OSSE Discipline Data Collection Template and submitting it via the Integrated Data Submission Tool (IDST).

Child care providers must watch the Prospective Subsidy Provider Orientation as part of the process to join the DC Child Care Subsidy Program.
Effective May 12, 2026, Level II providers must have written approval from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to accept applications from new families for the DC Child Care Subsidy Program.
