Effective May 12, 2026, Level II providers must have written approval from the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to accept applications from new families for the DC Child Care Subsidy Program.

Child care providers included on this list are authorized by OSSE to accept applications from new families for the DC Child Care Subsidy Program and determine eligibility.

Families can also submit an application online or in person at the DC Department of Human Services (DHS).
