The purpose of this Provider Agreement is to secure government-subsidized child care services for children six (6) weeks through 12 years of age, and up to age 19, if a child has a disability, from a licensed Child Development Facility in the District of Columbia.

The Child Care and Development Block Grant Act of 2014 (CCDBG Act) is the federal law that authorizes and governs the federal child care subsidy program known as the Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF).
