Child care providers that receive funds from the Early Childhood Educator Pay Equity Fund must ensure that all eligible educators are paid regular wages or salaries, by role and credential, that meet or exceed the established minimum salaries for each educator type unless the provider has a waiver of minimum salary requirements approved by the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE). The minimum salary requirements for fiscal year 2027 (FY27) are published below.
