This letter should be given to family day care home providers who do not reside in an area that qualifies them automatically for Tier I status (whether by school or census data) but wish to qualify as Tier I based upon their own household income.
Institutions and Organizations seeking State Approval for programs which prepare and result in the recommendation of candidates for licensure as Science shall be required to demonstrate that they meet the following program standards.

USDA recently revised the CACFP meal patterns to ensure children and adults have access to healthy, balanced meals throughout the day. CACFP centers and day care homes must comply with the updated meal patterns and begin using this menu template by Oct. 1, 2017.
