The Special Education Quality Improvement Amendment Act of 2014 (DC Code § 38-2613) established the Special Education Enhancement Fund (SEEF) to help improve capacity to serve students with disabilities. The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) will provide a grant opportunity as part of the Special Education Enhancement Fund (SEEF): the SEEF Competitive Grant.
