OSSE Learning Management System (OSSE LMS)

The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) has a new professional development training platform for the DC early childhood workforce called the OSSE Learning Management System (OSSE LMS). The OSSE LMS replaces the Professional Development Information System (PDIS), which is no longer accessible.

Access the OSSE LMS
To access the OSSE LMS, go to osse.pl.powerschool.com. First-time users of the OSSE LMS must create single sign on (SSO) login credentials with OSSE. Follow this guide to access the OSSE LMS.

OSSE will transfer PDIS users’ professional learning unit (PLU) course and credit history to the OSSE LMS automatically.
