Community schools are required to submit to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) an end-of-the-grant-year report as well as participate in a yearly site visit. The annual site visit includes a program review using the End-of-Year Reporting, Site Visits, and Annual Evaluation Rubric.
OSSE periodically participates in a District-wide Community Schools external evaluation with the goal of showing an increase in student academic achievement and improving family and community well-being.
