IDEA Phase II Application
The Federal Fiscal Year 2017 Phase II Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) Part B application has been released in the Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS) at http://grants.osse.dc.gov.
All applications are due to OSSE by Oct. 20, 2017. OSSE will begin its review of applications as they are received. Completed Phase II applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Phase II applications must be approved in order for LEAs to access funds. Please contact your respective grant managers with any questions.
