Online Due Process Complaint Form

Parties who want to complete the due process complaint form through ISight must complete the submission form with all required information regarding the student and the nature of the complaint. It is important to complete all fields that are marked with the red asterisk.

Note: The completion of the form on iSight and filing of a copy of the complaint with the ODR does not substitute for the necessary service of the complaint with the other party in accordance with the IDEA (34 C.F.R. §300.508(a)(1)).  It is the filing of the complaint with the other party that commences the action.
