PARCC makes a distinction between accessibility features and administrative considerations available for use by all students, and accommodations that will be available only to students with disabilities and English Language Learners.
The purpose of this optional planning tool is to provide local educators with a form to help gather and document individual student PNP data, prior to entering or uploading data into the online registration system.

Each school/campus site is required to submit to OSSE a 2015 School Test Plan, due ten days before the administration of a Districtwide assessment. To help schools develop their own plan, OSSE has released a 2015 Sample Plan Template.
