The emergency rulemaking provides authority to the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) to confer high school diplomas on graduates of a high school managed by the state education agency.
The DC model teacher evaluation system, a collaborative project between OSSE, Thurgood Marshall Academy, and 13 other LEAs was launched on November 13, 2014.
