The attached checklist below is designed for parents/legal guardians of eligible students who receive transportation services. Outlined within the document are Local Education Agency (LEA) and OSSE Division of Student Transportation (DOT) responsibilities followed by steps parents/legal guardians should follow to ensure their child’s (or children’s) transportation is established for the start of the new school year.
