These documents should be used when soliciting quotes for a food service contract with an estimated value of less than $100,000 for one year of services. Read the "Small Purchase Procedures and Solicitation for Food Service Contract" first. After developing the specifications, send the solicitation to potential vendors. Maintain proof of soliciting quotes and any written quotes received. Once you have determined the lowest-price company among at least three quotes, sign the Small Purchase FSMC Contract, and have the vendor sign it as well along with the "Certification Regarding Debarment, Suspension, Ineligibility and Voluntary Exclusion."
