For adult and early childhood charter LEAs, ESSER II Equivalent allocations were added to their SOAR Formula Combined grants on May 7, 2021. To access these funds, LEAs must create an amendment in EGMS and upload a letter of rationale in the Supporting Documentation tab, using the template found below. See the exemplar for guidance on how the letter of rationale should be completed.
