Strong Start – DC's early intervention program for children birth to 3 years old – is open, accepting referrals and providing services and supports via telehealth to children and families across the District. If you have any questions or concerns about your child’s development, don’t wait; contact Strong Start as soon as possible. To start the referral process, call the Strong Start Child Find Hotline at (202) 727-3665 or submit a referral online.
