Mental Health Fact Sheet

In February 2018, OSSE released the 2017 DC Youth Risk Behavior Survey report, which provides a broad analysis of youth health risk behavior, from alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, to disease prevention, nutrition, safety and violence, and mental health behaviors. In the fact sheet below, OSSE provides a deeper analysis of the 2017 mental health data, specifically the risk factors associated with suicide among DC teens.

View and download the fact sheet, and share widely with any and all relevant stakeholder. We also welcome you to continue the conversation with OSSE around mental health and other youth health risk topics. To do so, contact Aimee McLaughlin at [email protected].
