The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) will review applications for Letters of No Objection (LONO) that meet the requirements outlined below and are consistent with the requirements of 22 CFR Part 62, current US Department of State Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs Private Sector Exchange Guidance Directives, and the laws of the District of Columbia. OSSE may request additional documentation prior to completing a review of the application. Any Letters of No Objection issued by OSSE shall expire one year from the date of issuance.

- Attach complete copies of all required documents.
- Email the complete application packet to [email protected] and [email protected].
- The application form may be submitted for initial or renewal requests.
