The Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) Stronger Connections Grant focuses on improving conditions for student learning by encouraging schools to implement a comprehensive plan incorporating evidence-based activities, programs and practices to create safer and healthier learning environments which promote positive school climates.
The Stronger Connection Grant is authorized by PL 117-159 Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (June 25, 2022), the Bipartisan Safer Communities Act (BSCA) and Part VIII General Provisions.
The following resources may be used to assist LEAs and schools in developing their applications to enhance or expand their School Strengthening Work Plans and application and submit to OSSE through the Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS).
