Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers: Data & Reporting

The application deadline for the FY24 21st CCLC grant competition has been extended. Applications are now due in EGMS by 12 p.m. EST on Aug. 23, 2023. Please find additional information about the grant competition on the Application and Funding page.

OSSE has amended the RFA only with respect to extending the Application deadline from Aug. 11, 2023, to Wednesday, Aug. 23, 2023, at 12 p.m. EST for all applicants.

Subgrantees and Awards

Nita M. Lowey 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21CCLC) grants were awarded in 2021 and 2022 through a competitive application. The subgrantees and their awards are shared below.

Monitoring and Evaluation

OSSE’s staff conducts site visits and monitors 21CCLC subgrantees using DC 21st CCLC Subgrantee On-Site Monitoring Tool. Subgrantees are required to collect data for federal reporting. Each subgrantee is required to submit quarterly reports as well as a yearly evaluation conducted by an external evaluator.

The District of Columbia is required to complete a citywide evaluation periodically. The evaluation is completed by an external evaluator. The citywide evaluations are submitted to USED and posted on OSSE’s 21CCLC webpage for the public.
