Monitoring and Evaluation
OSSE’s staff conducts site visits and monitors 21CCLC subgrantees using DC 21st CCLC Subgrantee On-Site Monitoring Tool. Subgrantees are required to collect data for federal reporting. Each subgrantee is required to submit quarterly reports as well as a yearly evaluation conducted by an external evaluator.
The District of Columbia is required to complete a citywide evaluation periodically. The evaluation is completed by an external evaluator. The citywide evaluations are submitted to USED and posted on OSSE’s 21CCLC webpage for the public.
