The Child Outcomes Summary (COS) data collection process is a mandatory process that local education agencies (LEAs) must follow for all students receiving Individualized Education Program (IEP) services in a preschool special education program. COS entry and exit scores must be captured in the Special Programs online database for each student. This webinar provides instructions for inputting COS entry and exit data into Special Programs.
