Workplace and Community Transition Training for Incarcerated Individuals (WCTTII)
Adult and Family Education provides services to District residents that are returning to the community from incarceration. With funding from the US Department of Education’s Grants to States for Workplace and Community Transition Training for Incarcerated Individuals (WCTTII), AFE launched the Hospitality Training and Internship Program (HTIP).
AFE has a monitoring tool in place to evaluate sub-grantee performance. AFE monitoring manual and tool can be helpful to organizations to understand the WCTTII grant and the outcome measures of sub-grantees.
