OSSE’s FFY 2010 draft special education state applications and spending plans for IDEA Part B and Part C will be posted for 60 days on the OSSE website (from March 10, 2010, to May 10, 2010).
Please be informed that members of the public will have the opportunity to make comments on the applications from March 10- April 12, 2010.
