(Washington, DC) – The District of Columbia State Board of Education (DCSBOE) Public Meeting to be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, will serve as a tribute to Ward Eight Representative William Lockridge. The planned topic of discussion, teacher evaluation systems, will be postponed until further notice.

The tribute will be held on Wednesday, January 26, 2011, at 5:30 pm at 441 4th Street, NW, in the Old Council Chambers, located on the lobby level of the building.

Constituents who wish to make a presentation or comment about Mr. Lockridge’s service to our city and his passion for improving educational outcomes for our students should notify the DC State Board of Education in advance.
