WASHINGTON, DC - The Office of the State Superintendent of Education will host the 2014 GED® Commencement this Saturday, May 10, to celebrate the candidates who successfully passed all five of the GED® battery of subject-tests. The Reverend Dr. Lewis M. Anthony, Senior Pastor of St. Lucille African Methodist Episcopal Zion Church, will deliver the commencement address. This year’s theme is “The Quest Continues.” This class of GED credential-holders is the last class to complete the 2002-Series of the GED® examination.
