Child care providers that participate in the DC Child Care Subsidy Program are required to submit attendance by the first business day of each month using the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Attendance Tracking System (OATS). Child care providers should use the attachments below to ensure timely and accurate attendance submissions.
