According to Sections 303 and 503 of the Healthy Schools Act of 2010 (D.C. Law 18-209), the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) is required to report to the Mayor, the Council and the Healthy Youth and Schools Commission on the status of the school garden and farm to school programs.  Reports submitted are as follows:
