To assist stakeholders in comparing the proposed regulations with existing requirements, OSSE provides the following subsection-by-subsection crosswalk of the proposed regulations with current regulatory citations (5-E DCMR 3000 et. seq., unless otherwise noted), existing law found in the DC Code or requirements currently existing in District of Columbia special education policies, and federal Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA) statute or regulations.
