The Office of the State Superintendent of Education’s (OSSE’s) annual enrollment audit verifies the number of pre-K students served through PKEEP and is used to determine the amount of PKEEP funds allocated to a community-based organization (CBO). For purposes of allocating funding in fiscal year 2025 (FY25), OSSE is adopting a supplemental enrollment policy that will allow a CBO’s allocation of PKEEP funding in FY25 to be based on the number of pre-K children reported through OSSE’s annual enrollment audit and the number of pre-K children processed through OSSE’s PKEEP SEP.
