OSSE is releasing a new policy guidance document that is intended to provide LEAs with a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of the UPSFF and how funding is applied to LEAs. The document includes a background on the formula, information about the foundation and weights, eligibility for funding, payment schedules, and other topics.
