OSSE Local Education Agency (LEA) Points of Contact (POCs)

Tuesday, March 18, 2025

The LEA POC page serves as a centralized resource for identifying key personnel within each LEA. These contacts play a critical role in ensuring effective communication, collaboration, and support between LEAs and OSSE.

Updating POCs

To ensure accurate and up-to-date information, LEAs should report any changes to their designated contacts by updating the All Staff Data Collection in the Faculty and Staff Application for Nonpublic schools. Updates should be made in the All Staff Data Collection and the Integrated Data Submission (IDS) Tool. Access to these applications is restricted to staff designated by the LEA and nonpublic schools.

Application Access

Access to applications is granted based on the designated POCs within each LEA. To assist users in selecting appropriate staff access, OSSE has provided a guidance document outlining what role-based permissions and responsibilities should be. This document shows staff members the correct access to the systems they need.

If you or your LEA have any questions, please contact your dedicated OSSE liaison.
