The hyperlinked resources included in this document only highlight portions of the District of Columbia certificate of approval (COA) regulations (5 DCMR §A-2800), policies, regulatory guidance and trainings, and are not meant to be exhaustive. Nonpublic schools and programs with a COA from OSSE are required to follow ALL provisions of the COA regulations, District policies and applicable DCMR and federal regulations. OSSE encourages all nonpublic schools and programs to review the regulations regularly to ensure compliance.
