Child care providers that participate in the DC Child Care Subsidy Program are required to submit attendance by the first business day of each month using the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) Attendance Tracking System (OATS). Submission deadlines for fiscal year 2025 (FY25) are linked in the attachments below.
