All nonpublic (NP) entities testing DC students must show compliance with DC and LEA test administration requirements. The NP entity must ensure that DC students in the tested grades were administered the District-wide assessment. They must also confirm with their students’ LEAs that all authorized personnel have attended test integrity training, signed the Test Integrity and Security Agreement, adhered to the mandate of the 2013 Test Integrity Act and the directions provided in the State Test Security Guidelines.
