The purpose of the Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS) User Manual is to provide instructions to individuals at Local Education Agencies (LEAs), Community Based Organizations (CBOs) and other organizations that wish to apply for grant programs administered through the Office of the State Superintendent of Education.
