The purpose of the Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS) User Manual is to provide instructions to individuals at local education agencies (LEAs), community-based organizations (CBOs) and other organizations that wish to apply for grant programs administered through the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE).
The document details the processes for:
- Logging on to the EGMS
- Accessing and Completing the Phase 1/Central Data Collection
- Accessing and Completing Funding Applications
- Completing Requests for Reimbursements for applications funded by OSSE
- Closing out a grant year
