DC Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) Network Memorandum of Agreement

Youth Committed to the Department of Youth Rehabilitative Services (DYRS) Tuesday, November 20, 2012 On October 1, 2014, OSSE and the Carnegie Academy for Science Education for the Carnegie Institute of Washington entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) identifying CASE as the qualified partner to administer and guide the District of Columbia’s STEM Network; and OSSE as an essential support for this endeavor. The MOA establishes the roles and responsibilities of the Parties in the establishment and implementation of the DC STEM Network, such that the goals described in the DC STEM Education Plan are met with fidelity.
