The Confidentiality of Student Information Policy, in accordance with the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act (FERPA), serves to protect the confidentiality of students with disabilities by establishing procedures for the collection, storage, disclosure, and destruction of personally identifiable information in educational records collected, used, or maintained under IDEA Part B.
