The College Rising program is two programs in one! Comprised of OSSE’s Dual Enrollment Consortium program and a new mentoring grant program, College Rising provides the opportunity for eligible high school students to enroll in credit bearing courses at local institutions of higher education (IHEs) for FREE while also securing a mentor to provide guidance and support as students plan and transition from high school to postsecondary education.

Information on student eligibility requirements, IHE partners, mentoring organizations, and application dates can be found in the one-pager. It may be useful to the general public, College & Career Counselors, students and families, as well as agency or community-based organization partners.
