The Advanced Technical Center (ATC) is a centralized program in a well-equipped facility which provides Career and Technical (CTE) course access to District students from high schools from across the city to prepare them for high-wage, high-skill, and/or in-demand careers. The ATC is critical to the access and equity goals of OSSE and will remove the barriers of equipment costs faced by many schools by allowing students from all over the city to access CTE coursework not offered in their schools without requiring them to transfer schools.
