In February 2023, the Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) launched the Application for Postsecondary Studies (APS). This application will allow approved DC Futures College Coaching providers to manage program reporting requirements.

The DC Futures Program (DC Futures) – provides DC residents with the critical support they need to successfully enroll in classes and complete a degree program through the provision of college coaching services administered by grant-funded community-based organizations (CBOs) or institutions of higher education (IHEs), as well as support including providing emergency funds.

This Application User Guide offers information for CBOs that are approved DC Futures College Coaching providers.
