The Office of the State Superintendent of Education (OSSE) submitted a waiver to the Mid-Atlantic Regional Office (MARO) to waive specific requirements of the administrative review process for the National School Lunch Program, Child and Adult Care Food Program, and Summer Food Service Program. This waiver would increase flexibilities in these programs for both the State agency and program operators.
