In February 2018, OSSE released the 2017 DC Youth Risk Behavior Survey (YRBS) report, which provides a broad analysis of youth health risk behaviors, from alcohol, tobacco, and other drug use, to disease prevention, nutrition, safety and violence, and mental health behaviors. In the fact sheet below, OSSE provides a deeper analysis of the 2017 YRBS data, specifically the risk factors associated with sexual health and sexually-transmitted diseases and HIV.
View and download the fact sheet and share widely with any and all relevant stakeholders. We also welcome you to continue the conversation with OSSE around sexual health and other youth health risk behaviors identified through the YRBS. To do so, contact Aimee McLaughlin at [email protected].
