For LEAs
OSSE's Office of Enrollment and Residency invites registrars, data managers and enrollment audit point of contacts for all LEAs to participate in the Enrollment Audit/Child Count Training. Participants will receive guidance on the 2016-17 school year enrollment audit process by conducting a headcount to verify total school enrollment as of Oct. 5. In particular, participants will receive vital information for the enrollment audit regarding preparation for the head count; residency verification; Special Education Child Count and English Language Learners audit.
The training content will be the same in each session, so you only need to attend one session. Although the training session is optional, please register at least two days prior to the training date. Please note that registration will close after we reach the required number of participants for in-person sessions. For on-site training sessions, we ask that you limit your participation to no more than three participants per LEA.
