Fiscal year 2021 (FY21) final allocations for the Elementary and Secondary Education Act (ESEA) Titles I-A, II-A, III-A, and IV-A and Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B – sections 611 and 619 are now available on OSSE’s website and loaded in the Enterprise Grants Management System (EGMS). OSSE is currently reviewing LEAs’ FY21 Consolidated Applications (ConApps) and IDEA applications. In the coming weeks, LEA fiscal and grant managers will be receiving a notice from grants managers with any questions or issues that need to be addressed in your application(s) prior to approval. LEAs should plan to update and resubmit FY21 ConApps and/or IDEA applications to reflect the new budget totals within two weeks of receiving a request from OSSE for an application revision.
 
In order to submit reimbursements for FY21, your LEA must have OSSE approval on a budget and application narrative that aligns to the final allocation. To secure this approval, LEAs must revisit and update those components of their FY21 ConApps and IDEA applications to reflect final allocations, as well any other OSSE required changes by Monday, Dec. 14, 2020.
