Epinephrine Liaisons serve as OSSE’s primary contact for the Allergy Management in Schools Program at the school level. Some of their responsibilities include: submitting an incident report to OSSE within 24 hours of using an undesignated epinephrine auto-injector, submitting ordering requests to OSSE to replace used, damaged, lost or expired undesignated epinephrine auto-injectors, conducting monthly stock epinephrine inspections and ensuring epinephrine is stored properly, creating and disseminating the school’s Undesignated Epinephrine Auto-Injector (UEA) Plan , and ensuring at least two staff members in their school complete the annual certification training.
Epinephrine Liaisons must complete an annual Epinephrine Administration Training certification. Please complete the registration form to sign up for a live virtual training or an on-demand training.
